Shannon Sorbara has dedicated her career to helping men and women look and feel their absolute best. As the Founder and CEO of Hair Solutions of Tampa, she brings over 30 years of expertise in hair restoration, non-surgical hair replacement, and advanced extension techniques to the Tampa Bay community.

From Family Legacy to Industry Leadership

Shannon’s passion for hair restoration began early in life, growing up in her father’s Pittsburgh-based hair replacement studio. By her teenage years, she was already immersed in the business—helping with consultations, marketing, and client care. This hands-on experience inspired her lifelong mission to restore confidence through beautiful, natural-looking hair.

After relocating to Florida, Shannon founded Hair Solutions of Tampa in 2005. Today, it stands as one of Tampa’s most trusted studios for non-surgical hair replacement, laser therapy, and luxury hair extensions. Her business blends artistry with innovation, bringing the latest techniques and technology to every client.

Leading Through Education & Innovation

A firm believer in continuing education, Shannon has attended countless national training programs to stay ahead in the evolving world of hair restoration. She has served as a Technical Director of Education for leading international hair restoration brands and trained stylists across the country to become certified restoration specialists.

Her extensive experience also includes product development collaborations with top manufacturers and consulting on the CBS television series Undercover Boss from 2011 to 2015. Shannon has personally trained and certified professionals in over 30 studios nationwide, ensuring top-quality standards across the industry.
